Wow, I had no idea that green tea could do all that! In particular, I had no idea that it contained caffeine and that I could use it instead of coffee in the morning. I also love the fact that it helps with inflammation, brain function, and metabolism.

A particular benefit that I’d love to try is that of helping with eye health. I go to the eye doctor and get screenings, and recently got my prescription eyeglasses updated, and I never knew that green tea could help with that. What a great idea for ensuring eye heath going forward.
