    I bookmarked this page because there are so many things I want to try.

    I had heard that garlic helps with blemishes, but forgot to try it! Thanks to this article, I’m going to break open a piece and apply to the skin as I’ve seen others to.

    I had no idea that ginseng would be helpful in reducing signs of aging. We used to drink it all the time years ago, but I had no idea it could be helpful in this way, so I think I’ll take it up again.

    And I had no idea that St. John’s Wort was good for the skin!
